First, we have to be honest here. It will be difficult to feature every entertainer in the city, and to do so soon. Please consider the following information before submitting:

 

Founder/CEO Daniel C. Morrison has been in the music industry on the media side since 2009. He has interviewed hundreds of Major and Independent Artists, actors, prodcuers, etc. He has seen thousands of submissions and has a knack for telling the difference between "Sayers" and "Doers."  If you're an actual "Doer" this will reflect in your email message, your website design, and other key elements.  Sound quality, compassion in your communication, fan base and proof of what you're doing to continue your career are the key ingredients here.  However, nothing tops compassion, sincerity, and brotherly love.

 

In your message tell us your real name, your artist name (if applicable), your company name (if applicable), your specific title (Producer, Actor, Rock Artist, Horrorcore Rap Artist, Beatmaker, Female Model of clothing, Comedian, etc), and send us links to as many of your sites as you can.  Also, attach a few of your best pictures and any youtube videos you might have.

 

We get hundreds of submissions so please be patient. You will get a response from us letting you know if/when we can feature you and how to continue with the feature. If we are unable to feature you due to time and space limitations (we are a small group here) or any other reason we will not respond.

 

Also, because we're a community here, you must promote your feature on your social networking sites. We want to encourage you to share your unique feature and the passion that is Louisville Limelight with all your fans. We will be doing the same for you. If you do not then you may risk not having another feature in the future.

 

Features include interviews, album reviews, podcast guest spots, Artist Spotlights, local film reviews, free ads and more!
